507 shooters competed in Saturday’s Southern Grand Singles Championship. After a long day 5 shooters shot 200 straight. Ricky Marshall Jr., Ian Lawrence, Weston Anderson, Marco Cannizzaro, and Maverick McClure. It was a first for Marco and Maverick. After 5 rounds the shoot offs had to be called because of time restrictions. Three shooters remain Ricky, Weston, and Maverick. The singles championship shoot offs will continue tomorrow after Sunday’s events.
Saturday was filled with personal bests and some crazy weather. In addition to Marco and Maverick’s first 200’s, Katy Coburn had her first 25 and 50 and Dan Bosclair had his first 100 straight. Early in the week Stanley Crawford shot his 100,000 handicap target.
Sunday’ events are the Doubles Championship and the Handicap Championship. Good luck shooters.

Team Remington delivered an impressive performance at the 2026 Spring Grand American held at the Tucson Trap and Skeet Club in Tucson, Arizona.⁠

The team secured two of the top three spots in the High Over All Championship, with Patrick Lamont finishing Runner-Up Overall (1,074/1,100) and Zachari Nannini taking 3rd Overall (1,072/1,100).⁠

Several Remington shooters also captured category titles, including:⁠

Chase Doberinski – Sub-Junior Champion in both High Over All and Singles⁠

Michael Blazedale – Veteran Champion⁠

Sandra Jo Jack – Lady II Champion⁠

Throughout the week, Team Remington shooters consistently appeared on podiums across multiple championship events, highlighting the strength and depth of the team.⁠
