The 2022 Illinois State Shoot took place at Brittany Shooting Park in Bunker Hill, Illinois, one of the state's finest trapshooting venues. Competitors traveled from across the Midwest to contest singles, handicap, and doubles championships over several days of competitive shooting.
The Bunker Hill facility offered excellent conditions, and the turnout reflected Illinois' strong trapshooting tradition. Competition was fierce in every event, with close races in the handicap and doubles championships keeping spectators engaged through the final targets. Illinois continues to produce some of the country's most talented trapshooters.
